Multi-board synchronization for advanced inverter control. Realize the synchronous control of multiple inverters

  • Supports vector control at carrier frequencies up to 200 kHz.
  • Carrier frequency can be adjusted during operation without interrupting control.
  • Control parameters can be modified in real time during operation.

Vector control processing, including PWM output generation, can be completed within 5 µs.

Realize synchronous control of multiple inverters through board-to-board synchronization.



  • By using the synchronization board, multiple inverters can be synchronized.
  • Supports MMC (Modular Multi-Level Converter) control.
  • Deploying logical algorithms on the IPFPGA board enables 9-level and other multilevel inverter control.
  • Three-phase synchronous carrier phase-shifted PWM is generated by FPGA and uniformly controlled by the DSP board.

DSP board

The DSP board is the core board of the PE-Expert4 system. It is equipped with a high-speed floating-point DSP, responsible for computing and processing. It communicates electrically with the PC and controls the I/O of other expansion boards. It must be installed in the designated position of the dedicated rack.

Supports high-frequency PWM generation up to 500 kHz. By adopting a design that minimizes pulse delay, optimized for high-speed SiC inverter applications.

FPGA-based board with three-phase gate signal outputs (6 channels / 24 channels). Compared with previous FPGA boards, this one adopts the latest generation FPGA (Xilinx's Kintex-7® Speed Grade 1). By integrating the IP (Intellectual Property) specially provided by Myway Plus, the logic development of FPGA can be significantly simplified.

DA board

FPGA-based board with three-phase gate signal outputs (6 channels / 24 channels). Compared with previous FPGA boards, this one adopts the latest generation FPGA (Xilinx's Kintex-7® Speed Grade 1). By integrating the IP (Intellectual Property) specially provided by Myway Plus, the logic development of FPGA can be significantly simplified.

AD board MWPE4-ADC

A board used to expand the analog input. The single board can expand to 12 channels.

This board expands digital I/O and counter functionality. the digital input/output and counter functions. One board can provide 16 channels of digital input/output and can also expand with 2 channels of counter functionality.
